H&M shoppers floored by £40 gilet that is 'selling so fast'

Shoppers are praising a new gilet from H&M that is ‘selling so fast.’.

The much-loved retailer is known for its clothing and homeware products, and often shares new trending items online. This time, H&M’s teddy lined gilet was shared by @welovethehighstreetl, an account that shares ‘the latest fashion & beauty straight from the high street.’

The account, which has a following of 139k, shared a photo of the new jacket. The full product description reads: “Gilet in coated fabric with a soft teddy collar and lining. Tab with a metal buckle at the top, a zip down the front and welt front pockets.”

The post was captioned: “NEW IN. Well that went straight in my basket….” The photo racked up many likes and a number of comments from excited shoppers.

Beneath the post, one person said: “Loveeee” and a second wrote: “checked out FAST.” A third added: “THIS [heart eyes emoji]” and another wrote: “selling so fast.”

A number of other retailers are stocking teddy lined gilets too, including Boohoo’s teddy lined gilet which is currently on sale at £27, and New Look’s Black Faux Shearling Lined Leather-Look Aviator Gilet, which is priced at £54.99.
